We include the cost of the EPC* as part of our innovative team conveyancing service
The revised regulations governing EPC’s came into force on the 21st May 2010 and state that the EPC must be commissioned before you can begin to market your property and must be in place within 28 days of you doing so.
This being the case it will be necessary for you to provide early access to your property so that our Domestic Energy Assessor can calculate how energy efficient your home is and prepare the report.
When the EPC is complete we will email a copy to your agent so that the your rating is included in your property particulars.

This means that if you instruct us to act for you when you first put your property on the market with your local participating team agent then we will commission the EPC at no cost to you. Just sign and return our formal instruction letter and we will do the rest.
Remember the EPC must be in place within 28 days of you first putting your property on the market - so be sure to instruct us without delay.
