- We will make a “welcome call” to you within 4 hours of instruction.
- We will send you our Starter Pack within 24 hours so there is no delay.
- We will use electronic ID verification wherever possible to save valuable time.
- We will provide transaction updates to you through our website.
- We will return your calls the same business day.
- We will respond to all emails within 4 hours.
- We will reply to all letters, whoever they are from within 2 working days from receipt.
- We will immediately notify you of exchange of contracts by text, email or phone.
- We will on all sale instructions:
• Within 24 hours of receiving your formal instructions commission your EPC and
• apply for your title deeds and or apply for Official Copies, if required.
• Within 24 hours of the deeds or official copies being received, we will issue the draft contract.
- On all purchase instructions we will:
• Within 24 hours of your formal confirmation of our instruction request the draft contract.
• Chase if not received within 5 working days.
• Request the Search Pack immediately your search payment has been cleared.
- Our Direct Service will provide telephone coverage from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Saturdays and 10.00am to 3.00pm Sunday.
‘Hours’ refers to office hours which are 9-5 Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays.
‘Telephone Coverage’ refers to client support.
